DESIGN DEVELOPMENT & CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS
Preliminary concept drawings will be detailed and developed into a final construction document suitable for bidding, filing for a building permit and construction.
PRE-CONSTRUCTION & CONSTRUCTION OBSERVATION SERVICES
Assistance in evaluating bids, review of any contractor bids, and pre-construction meeting. Periodic visits to the job site to observe the construction progression, respond to contractor inquiries, and observe the conformance to the design, unforeseen field conditions, changes initiated by the owner, and changes initiated by the GC for cost savings and/or convenience.
